The 8th Almajdouie Motors National Skill Olympics

Almajdouie Motors Hyundai Service successfully conducted "The 8th Almajdouie Motors National Skill Olympics" on April 02-04, 2019. Fifteen top technicians from different branches gathered together to compete on this three days event.

On Day 1, opening ceremony followed by orientation discussing the competition program and its rules and regulations, written test, and welcome dinner to all participants and guests in Holiday Inn hotel, Khobar-Corniche. Day 2, Practical test are provided to test participants knowledge and skills and to demonstrate their capabilities finding vehicles problems.

The practical test is divided into several sections by major themes such as CAN-communication, engine management, chassis, body electrical and vehicle component system. The practical test is held at Dammam-HQ Service Center. On the final day, Mr. Yousef Almajdouie, group vice president, Mr. Terry Kim, HMC general manager for Saudi Arabia, Mr. Khalid Shaaban, Almajdouie Hyundai managing director and Mr. Aqel Abu Hanoud, Almajdouie Motors Service general manager awarded the prize to all the winners of the 8th Almajdouie Motors National Olympics at Holiday Inn Hotel, Khobar-Corniche.

The over gold medalist award is awarded to Mr. Lyndon Layco of Dammam91 branch who gained the highest score for the competition followed by overall silver medalist awarded to Mr. Jongie David of Hafr Al Batin branch and overall bronze medalist awarded to Mr. Jayson Letada of Toqba branch. The overall gold medalist of this event will represent Almajdouie Motors to the upcoming Hyundai World Skill Olympics in Seoul, South Korea this October 2019.
